Ways To Increase My Height

There are some people who think that height is might since being tall can add charisma and sex appeal to someone and can also make you stand out. If there’s something I can do to change my height I will jump at the thought but now, I am not worried anymore since there are so many things that I can do be taller even after puberty and will just need to remember what needs to be done so I can be taller.

First thing that I would consider is my diet and the next one is exercise. If being taller is what I want, I will have to consume a lot of calcium rich foods as calcium replaces the old body cells with new ones. This method is going to be good for my bones and my tissues. Consuming calcium would mean eating foods like, soybeans, tofu and dairy products. Calcium will also strengthen and build bone cells.

Without calcium, the bones become brittle. The other types of nutrients that can help me get taller are proteins and amino acids. Amino acids help the muscles, bones and organs become mature and also build blocks of life. Calories will also be needed to get taller although for some, this is something that should be avoided.

If you do not consume too much calories, it is not going to be harmful. This aids in the processing of the natural height growth. These three will give my body energy and help it grow. I just need to be on a strict exercise and diet.

A lot of power exercises are available for me to perform so I can increase my height naturally. Stretching exercises that are for height enhancement is one. One example of this type of exercise is by lying in a supine position with hands outstretched in a one position while moving your feet to the other direction.

This will encourage bone growth. Just make sure that when you do this exercise you are relaxed. Another advised exercise is by lying in a prone position with the palms down nearing the hips. Arc your hips and head up in the air without going too far and repeat this position after rests.

Some yoga exercises are also aimed to enhance ones height. One is what we call the cobra. While in a supine position, with the arms and legs clipped to the body, raise head up like a cobra about to pounce on its prey. Another position is called the cat and dog. It simply mimics the stretching done by cats and dogs.

When on a dog position, extend your hands forward as if you’re following a dog or a cat waking up from sleep.The third yoga position is what we call the downward facing dog. The legs and the spine are targeted in this exercise. This is when you mimic a dog that cuddles up while lying down. While on your back, stretch your legs and hands in the air.

Remember that even after puberty you can still increase your height. I am sure that I can get taller if I follow the right diet and exercises, and if this can work for me, it can work for you too.
