Today there are more and more people who are diagnosed with depression. They are feeling bad and don’t have a good reason for it. If you are trying to build yourself a life with full speed and neglect your vacations and relaxing, this might happen.

It is not uncommon to be depressed and since you won’t most likely notice it yourself you are most likely going to have a discussion with someone who is around you on a daily basis. When people notice that you have been down for a long time and have not stated a reason for it, it is normal to start asking questions.
